Join us for, “Understanding ADHD: Foundations for Effective Parenting,” and take the first step toward creating a supportive and informed approach to raising a child with ADHD. This engaging session offers a comprehensive overview of ADHD, helping parents understand its different types, symptoms, and impacts on their child’s behaviour and development.


Led by experienced ADHD therapist, Rolynda Simpson, this interactive 1st session in the workshop series will equip caregivers with essential information about:
